What ahVanguard is

ahVanguard is a marketing, operations, and AI consultancy that also builds and operates the software its clients run on. We serve dental, medical, real estate, and nonprofit organizations across the United States.

Those two halves are not separate businesses. We are hired to design marketing and operational systems, and then we build, deploy, and run those systems ourselves rather than handing over a strategy document and walking away. We are architects and executors, not advisors.

How we work

Most engagements start with a diagnosis: where revenue is leaking, which systems are not talking to each other, and what is being measured badly or not at all. From there we build. That might mean a CRM and automation stack, a paid media program, a full search and answer-engine strategy, or an AI agent answering the phone at two in the morning.

We own the outcome, not just the recommendation. When a system we designed underperforms, we are the ones who fix it.
